Abstract Submission Terms and Conditions

• Once submitted abstract content cannot be amended. 

•  If accepted the presenting author must register to attend the conference. 

•  Ideally the submitter should be the presenting author.  

• If this is not possible the replacement presenter must be a named author on the original submission. 

•  As the number of oral and poster presentation slots are limited, the review committee may suggest an abstract is accepted in the alternative presentation format. 

•  If chosen to present a poster or oral paper at conference, the author may be required to make his/her presentation available for publishing on the relevant website. 

•  The presenting author (as indicated on the submission) will be notified of the decision of the judging panel on or around October 4 2024. The decision of the panel is final. 

•  The submitter is responsible for obtaining consent to publish the names of authors/co-authors. 

•  Poster presenters may be asked to provide a PDF of their posters in advance of conference. 

• Please remember: If accepted for either a poster or oral presentation, the presenting author must register for conference attendance and will be liable for the applicable delegate fee.
